Biography
After graduating with honors from Stetson University College of Law, Attorney Rebecca C. Bell joined the Port Richey law firm of Delzer, Coulter & Bell, P.A. She has now been with the firm for more than 20 years, focusing on elder law, estate planning, and estate and trust administration.
She was certified as an Elder Law Specialist by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education in 2006. Presently, there are less than 150 attorneys of the approximately 100,000 licensed attorneys in the State of Florida that have met the educational, experience and professional standards to become designated as an Elder Law Specialist. To further enhance her expertise and knowledge of elder law, Mrs. Bell obtained a Master of Laws in Elder Law from Stetson University College of Law in 2011. Her academic achievement was recognized by her degree being awarded with distinction.
